- Annotation: The article is devoted to the problem of launching innovations in the region, the principles on which the work is based, as well as the conditions under which this process becomes effective. The paper presents a theoretical analysis of research on the phenomenon of innovation and experimental research work on the introduction of School initiative budgeting in the Samara region from the initiative of a student of one educational organization to a built-up system at the regional level. The innovative project was implemented in 2022-2023. The article analyzes and systematizes the results obtained, identifies effective tools and prospects for implementing the practice of School initiative budgeting in the region.
