- Annotation: On April 28, 2021, the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Kostroma State University hosted an interregional scientific and practical conference with international participation “Strategies for social mobility of young handicapped and disabled people in education, health care, culture, employment and recruitment. The scientific meeting was held within the framework of the business programme of the V regional championship in professional skills among disabled people and invalids “Abilympix-2021ˮ in Kostroma Region. This has already been the third scientific meeting organised by the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of the KSU together with the Department of Education and Science of Kostroma Region, the Department of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, and also together with the leading partner – Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogic University.
