- Аннотация: В данной статье представлен анализ материала зарубежных исследований, проводимых в 2015–2021 гг. индийскими, американскими, чешскими, польскими, австралийскими и др. учеными и направленных на изучение феномена успешности (successfullness). Рассмотрены основные подходы к пониманию успешности и направления в её изучении. Установлено, что успешность является многомерной конструкцией, которая напрямую взаимосвязана с различными позитивными характеристиками личности, способствует эффективному совладанию со стрессом и повышению удовлетворенности жизнью. Представлены основные концептуальные направления исследований, изучающих феномен успешности личности в различных сферах жизнедеятельности. Проведен анализ и систематизация подходов к изучению успешности личности, а также обозначены перспективы для дальнейшего изучения данного феномена.
